Bailey Morgan is more than just a designer – she's a creative on a mission to transform the world through empathetic and innovative design. Armed with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design from the prestigious College for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI, Bailey's journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact.
In 2018, Bailey embarked on a transformative journey to Graz, Austria, where she immersed herself in the intricacies of Informational Design, with a focus on UX & UI Design. This experience, coupled with her ongoing exploration of Industrial Design at FH Johanneum University, laid the foundation for her diverse skill set and multidisciplinary approach to design. With a portfolio spanning consumer electronics, soft goods, branding, and UX/UI design. Throughout her academic and professional journey, Bailey has collaborated with renowned brands such as Xenith, Bosch, and Develop Detroit.
As an Industrial Design & Automotive Design Instructor at Heroes Alliance, Bailey is shaping the next generation of innovators, instilling in them not only technical skills but also a deep sense of empathy and responsibility. Through her work with CCS, Community Art Partnerships, and Gesher Human Services, she's bridging the gap between art and accessibility, enriching K-12 education with art and design principles, empowering individuals of all backgrounds to harness the power of design.
