Bailey Morgan is an artist, designer, and visionary entrepreneur dedicated to transforming ideas into meaningful realities. As the founder of Nudena, a woman-owned multidisciplinary design studio, she blends industrial design, branding, and digital experiences to create innovative products and compelling brand identities.

A College for Creative Studies graduate with a background in Industrial Product Design, Business, and Graphic Design, Bailey’s work is influenced by her experiences across the Midwest and Europe. With a deep commitment to community and creative empowerment, she actively fosters design accessibility and leadership development, shaping a future where creativity thrives for all.

Leading Automotive Design Heroes Alliance

Gesher Human Services, College for Creative Studies & Community Arts Partnership

As a teaching artist and part-time instructor, Bailey Morgan educates disabled adults and K-12 students in industrial design, fabrication, prototyping, 3D printing, graphic design, and fine art. Through her partnership with Gesher Human Services, she has led students in creating lamps, bags, ceramic dishes, and planter pots, fostering hands-on creativity and career development. Her work includes producing an award-winning mural for Children’s Hospital and guiding students in commissioned projects, such as signage for Eliza Howell Park.

Bailey Morgan is a SME for Industrial Design Instructor for Heroes Alliance, leading high school students in automotive design and solar car development. She teaches SolidWorks, guiding students in designing vehicle chassis and body structures with real-world proportions. Under her leadership, student-designed solar cars have consecutively won first place for 3+ years, successfully racing from Austin, Texas to San Diego, California. She has expanded the program to include 3D printing, fabrication, CAD component design, and full-body exterior surfacing, further advancing students’ technical and creative skills.

Community Art & Murals

A trained artist with over 10 years of fine art experience and a degree from the College for Creative Studies, Bailey Morgan has created murals that celebrate community, storytelling, and artistic impact. Her student’s work includes an award-winning mural at Children’s Hospital, as well as projects at Peggy’s Place and Detroit Community Hospital. With plans to expand her independent mural work, Bailey continues to bring vibrant public art to Detroit. See more of her work here.
