Gesher Human Services, College for Creative Studies & Community Arts Partnership

As a teaching artist and part-time instructor, Bailey Morgan brings her expertise in industrial design, fabrication, and fine arts to disabled adults and K-12 students. She has worked with Gesher Human Services, the College for Creative Studies, and the Community Arts Partnership, providing students with the skills to design, prototype, and fabricate products while encouraging artistic exploration and career development.

Her key contributions include:

  • Leading a series of industrial design courses for disabled adults, where students developed and produced lamps, bags, ceramic dishes, and planter pots.

  • Creating an award-winning mural at Children’s Hospital, recognized for its artistic and community impact.

  • Facilitating student-led commissioned work, including signage design for Eliza Howell Park.

Bailey’s work in education and the arts reflects her commitment to accessibility in design and fostering creative expression in underrepresented communities.
