Bailey Morgan spoke at the 2023 AICAD Symposium in Cincinnati, Ohio, presenting Removing Barriers: Promoting Creative Freedom for Non-Traditional Populations Within Our Institutions. She shared her experience leading three semesters of industrial product design at the College for Creative Studies, where she collaborated with CCS, Community Arts Partnership, and Gesher Human Services to teach disabled adults essential design skills, including sketching, CAD modeling, and prototyping lamps, ceramic pots, and soft goods. Her talk emphasized the importance of accessibility in design education and the need for inclusive creative spaces that empower diverse voices.
