Leading Automotive Design at Heroes Alliance
Bailey Morgan plays a key role in Heroes Alliance, where she develops and instructs automotive design curriculum for high school students, focusing on the design and engineering of solar-powered vehicles. Using SolidWorks, she teaches students to design full-scale vehicle chassis and body structures, ensuring real-world application of CAD modeling and engineering principles.
Her leadership has contributed to three consecutive first-place victories in the Solar Car Challenge, where students fabricate and race fully functional solar-powered cars across the country—from Austin, Texas to San Diego, California. Recognizing her expertise, she was promoted to Curriculum Development, expanding the program to include:
3D Printing & Prototyping
Fabrication & Manufacturing
CAD Component Design & Engineering
Full Chassis & Body Exterior Surfacing
In addition to developing physical and digital models for production, Bailey ensures students gain hands-on experience in designing, fabricating, and racing solar vehicles, fostering the next generation of engineers, designers, and innovators.
